The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with all tags and original packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, washing, removed tags, or damaged packaging will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are not in suitable condition.
- One-Time Size Exchange for Non-Promotional Products: Wavesensations offers a free size exchange for non-promotional products, provided that the request is made within 14 days of receipt.
- One-Time Size Exchange for Promotional Products: Promotional products are also entitled to a one-time size exchange, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Our reshipment will be sent free of charge.
