The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with all tags and original packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, washing, removed tags, or damaged packaging will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are not in suitable condition.

• One-Time Size Exchange for Non-Promotional Products: Wavesensations offers a free size exchange for non-promotional products, provided that the request is made within 14 days of receipt.
• One-Time Size Exchange for Promotional Products: Promotional products are also entitled to a one-time size exchange, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Our reshipment will be sent free of charge.

Note: All exchanges are unique per order, regardless of whether they are promotional products or not.

• Sunglasses: 1 year warranty.
• Footwear and Clothing: 3-month warranty.

The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. To maintain the durability of the products, follow the recommended care instructions.
